Hi, I’m Sandra.

Proud Bay Area native and Mexican-American. You’ll find me wandering around on foot somewhere in downtown San José, bouncing between people watching and being buried in some book, click clacking away on my typewriter, making solo movie theater trips, or drifting away in a daydream. 

I’m a creative dabbler with a wordy, but visual brain. My heart lives in the art of play. I’m deeply enamored with language, handwriting, text, paper, doodles, paint, colors, video, film, images, print & all things analog.

Here’s what has my spirit buzzing lately: Spring, tenderness, figuring out how to be a better friend, film/screenwriting, motion graphics, surrendering to my creative compulsions & curiosities, learning & experimenting, and being the most myself I can possibly be.
